She has been a friend for many years, but it is her reputation of excellent service in real estate that led us to purchase in her area using her expertise as a guide.  She was able to help us identify an area where our investment would meet our goals, be within our price range, and be "rentable."  She handled the transaction details seamlessly, found us a property manager, got our deal closed on time with all inspections/issues resolved, and no headaches for us!  The property was rented and inhabited within 10 days of closing, too.  Couldn't ask for better service, contacts, responsiveness etc.  oh, and she has great back-up support too. From the first day, she took the time to look through our home, gave ideas for "sprucing" it up for sale, and patiently walked us through the process of what we were about to experience. My experience with Beth Allen as our Realtor has been outstanding from start to finish. Her customer service is first-class. My situation was a bit unusual in that my mother owned vacant land in Kitsap County. Neither Mom nor I live in Washington State, but I had Power of Attorney to sell her property for her. Hoping I would find a Realtor who would be willing to work with me even though I was out of state, I started searching the internet for Realtors in the Kitsap area and selected a few that looked promising (Beth Allen was one of those). I sent out email inquiries explaining my situation, and Beth responded first. In fact, she responded that same day. (I did get a response from another Realtor but it was a few days later.) Beth was more than willing to work with me and was very enthusiastic to sell our property. Even though our property was not in the higher price ranges like many of her other listings, I still felt very important and valued as her client. Beth was very friendly, professional, quick and responsive in her communications and trustworthy in her information. She also has a great sense of humor! She was an excellent advocate for us, and I believe we got the best price possible for our property. Our transaction was certainly not without its challenges (some of them unbelievable!!) but Beth helped us to navigate each one. I'm so thankful I chose Beth to sell my mom's property, and I’m so grateful for all her work on our behalf.
